My name is Allison Tenenbaum, owner of Properly Placed Organizing & Consulting.  My educational and professional background is in Human Resources Management.  I received my B.A and M.B.A. from San Diego State University and worked in the field for more than ten years.  Past employers include Teledyne Ryan Aeronautical, Fujitsu Microelectronics, Inc. and Aurora Electronics, Inc.  During that time, I developed extremely beneficial organizational, training, job analysis and project management skills that can be directly applied to increasing your productivity.

I am an active member of the National Association of Professional Organizers and currently serve on the board of directors of the San Diego chapter. As a GO Systems trainer, I am also certified to teach its curriculum and proven organizing techniques to my clients.

However, the true test of my organizing skills came with being a parent.  As the mother of two busy kids with toys, sporting equipment, games and lots of clothes, I had to develop practical organizational systems that could support a family on the go.

With experience in both corporate and residential organizing, I can relate to the many professional and personal challenges you face everyday.
